What I Learnt From the Personal Finance Unit
The personal finance unit taught me a bit of things but there are some things from it that really stood out to me. One of the things that I somehow didn't know before the unit was what credit cards actually are. I learnt that the money on credit cards isn't actually your own money and that it is loaned. I also learned about how interest can be a big problem for some people because when people choose to repay money as slow as possible, it makes the amount they need to repay so much higher than the original price. After the unit, I know that I should be very aware with my money and to avoid things like overspending. I know that I shouldn't be pressured to buy things from other people or advertisements just because of the thought that since they have it, I should too. I also know that I should look into everything before I spend because something can look good but actually be awful, or something can look like a really good deal but actually be a terrible deal. So I learnt a lot of valuable things from the personal finance unit and I will now make sure to use this information that I learnt to help me in the future.
Good job. However learnt is not a word. I know you meant learned.
